The mission of Miami Web Fest is to support The Arts by providing exposure to emerging content creators and provide opportunities for the next generation of storytellers to benefit from this expertise.  We accomplish this through conferences in which speakers from the film and television industry share knowledge about the business, the techniques for creating viable content, and lessons learned along the way.  We also hold screenings in unique venues, including first-run movie theaters allowing emerging creators to experience their content in ways that encourage them to continue creating.  We routinely invite local high school and college students to attend the festival at no charge in order to expose them to the knowledge that we hope will guide their steps toward impacting the world with their own art.
